Material construction

Jacket:

  • High-tenacity polyester yarn
  • Monofilament coils in the weft keep hose semi-rigid
  • Specially designed for high pressure and very tight bending radii

Lining:

Special, oil-resistant rubberized lining for compressed air

Advantages

  • Exceptionally lightweight, anti-kinking and highly flexible (even at low temperatures)
  • Designed for high continuous working pressure
  • Very long single lengths available
  • Very thin-walled – requires less space, easy to roll up on reels
  • Excellent resistance to aging and ozone

Pressures

Working pressure:

Specifications apply only to the hose (medium water, 20 °C). The potential working pressure may be lower than specified above for hose lines with couplings due to the nominal pressure of the couplings or the type of assembly.

Maximum working pressure:

Approval can only be given by the manufacturer upon clarification of the exact area of application.
